The Cocoa Association of Asia (CAA) is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT Trade Association that groups the major companies involved in the cocoa bean trade and processing, in warehousing and related logistical activities in Asia.
- To promote sustainable growth of the cocoa industry in areas of cultivation, trading, processing, manufacturing and consumption.
- To encourage interaction among all those involved in the cocoa trade in Asia through the exchange of ideas, information and knowledge.
- To promote the interests of the cocoa industry in Asia through active participation in trade discussions within the industry, dialogues with government authorities and making representation on behalf of the industry.
With the rapid growth of cocoa processing and product demand in Asia, there is a need to have a leading organization to serve and promote the interests of the cocoa industry in this region.
